Rati + Rohin // Miami Indian Wedding

Rati & Rohin were thrilled to have beautiful and vibrant Miami as the backdrop for their destination wedding and worked closely together in order to bring their dream wedding weekend to fruition. The contrast between the classic Versace Mansion and the modern Four Seasons Hotel was perfect in order to bring a unique balance to their events. 

The events kicked off with Bridal Mehndi on wednesday, followed by a welcome party at the Four Seasons Palm Grove Pool on thursday. Friday night was the Sangeet at the Versace Mansion, and on Sunday was the wedding and reception at the Four Seasons. 

The couple’s personal touches were the primary focus and were displayed throughout the weekend. Chef Jehangir Mehta of Iron Chef fame catered the outdoor welcome party at the Four Seasons. Chef Mehta’s restaurant Graffiti in New York was the location of one of Rati & Rohin’s first dates. A private fireworks show and cigar roller surprised guests during the cocktail hour. 

Rati worked closely with Miami based petal productions & solaris mood in order to transform the Four Seasons ballrooms for the wedding & reception. There was no event designer involved as she wanted her personal style to be reflected in the decor. Rati’s sangeet & reception sarees were from couture collections by renowned Indian designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee.
